Jeannette Gresh

Jeannette Gresh, a former Port Clinton resident, died peacefully Saturday, February 25th, on her 78th birthday at Manor by the Sea Hospice, located in Spring Lake NJ. Her final days were spent surrounded by her loving family. Jeannette was born on February 25, 1934 in Nanticoke, PA, the daughter of John and Hedwig Kowalski, but spent most of her life in Port Clinton, until her husbands death in 2005 when she moved to Spring Lake, NJ. Her interests included traveling, sewing, crafts, and reading. Jeannette is survived by her daughter, Deborah David Phillips of Dublin, OH; sons, Thomas Deborah of Murfreesboro, TN and Gregory Cathleen of Spring Lake, NJ; six grandchildren; brother, Edmund. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Joseph Gresh; brothers, Hank and Millard; and sister Kay. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 07, 2012 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton, OH.
