Jeanne A. Kieswetter

Kieswetter Jeanne A. Jeanne A. Kieswetter, age 78, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at the Toledo Hospital. Jeanne was born August 25, 1929 in Fremont, OH to Stanley and Velma Hawk. She was an RN and worked at Flower Hospital in Sylvania for sixteen years. A free spirit who enjoyed boating, reading, and knitting, Jeanne loved having a good time and never wanted to miss a thing. She was a former member of Bay View Yacht Club where she enjoyed spending summer weekends. Jeanne will be remembered as a loving mother and a devoted friend. Jeanne is survived by her daughters, Marcia Kieswetter and Lori Butch Kieswetter; brother, Gary Jan Hawk, cousin, Mimi Young; special friends, June Maginn and Tom Welzbacker; and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Joy ODonnell for her companionship and care of Jeanne, doctors Zimmerman, Ruiz, and Upamaka, and the staffs at the Toledo Hospital CCU and medical ICU. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Avenue west of Corey Rd. from 2-3:00pm with a Memorial Service beginning at 3:00pm.
