Jeanne Marie Bosch

Jeanne Marie Bosch, age 86, of Toledo, Ohio passed away January 10, 2014 at Ebeid Hospice. She was born to M. Maynard and Elizabeth Swank on August 25, 1927 in Toledo. Jeanne Marie was a proud 1945 graduate of Central Catholic High School and she was an active member of a close knit group of 21 CHS graduates who have celebrated lifes journey together since 1941. She married Robert A. Bosch on February 7, 1948. She was the founder of The Bosch Bookkeeping Service and a bookkeeper herself for 54 years. Jeanne Marie was a longtime member of GESU Catholic Church and participated with the Downtown Toledo Catholic Club and CYO, where she coached girls basketball and taught swimming lessons under the leadership of Monsignor Schmidt. She was also a parent participant during the founding years of the GTAC, with much effort spent on the fundraising and organization for the building of the St. Francis High School Natatorium. She also enjoyed boating and playing bridge. Jeanne Marie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 50 years, and a brother, Ralph H. Geffe. She is survived by her children, Neal A. Lori Bosch, Claudia A. Gall and Keith O. Rose Bosch; grandchildren, Brandon and Bryan Bosch, Amanda fianc William Abair and Deanna Gall, Erin Bosch, Sara Kevin Hulett and Hannah Cody Lenning, and Nick, Rachael and Nathaniel Sauceda. Friends will be received at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey on Wednesday from 2-9 PM where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 PM. Services will begin with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM Thursday followed by Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00 AM at Gesu Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
