Jean Peters

Jean Harriet Peters, 86, of Walbridge, and formerly of Genoa died Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Genesis of Perrysburg. She was born on June 7, 1928 in Toledo to Percy (Anna Reuter) Sheets. She married William “Ed” Peters Jr. on July 6, 1947 in Toledo and he preceded her in death. Jean was a life member of the Adams Twp. American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed spending time with family, crafts, and jigsaw puzzles. Surviving are her children: William “Ed” (Linda) Peters III, Dr. Michael (Connie) Peters, Judith Prins, Grandchildren: Joshua (Stefanni) Peters, Jacquelyn (Dr. Edward) Bergeron, Diana (Dr. Babajide) Obisesan, Great Grandchildren: Bailey & Olivia Peters, Eva Obisesan, Vivienne Bergeron, Brothers: Richard Sheets, John (Marie) Sheets, and Sister: Sally Waterman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brother: James Sheets and Sister: Elizabeth Jacobs. Funeral Services will be Private and burial will be in Toledo Memorial Park , Sylvania.
