Jean Elaine Crawford

Jean Elaine Crawford, 69, of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Monday, July 29, 2024. She was born on April 9, 1955 in Port Clinton, the daughter of the late Elwood and Dorothy (Edwards) Crawford.

Jean worked as a bartender at Limestone Tavern in Oak Harbor, and also worked at Aim Packaging in Port Clinton for many years. She enjoyed collecting elephants, apples, and photos of her grandchildren. Family was especially important to her as she loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart. The door was always open at her house and she loved hosting get-togethers and family gatherings.

Survivors include her daughters, Jessica Lorince and Jennifer (Cody) Salyers; grandchildren, Douglas (Grace) Johnson, Jeneva Johnson, Makayla Salyers, and Camden Salyers; one great grandchild on the way; sisters, Susan Sarnes and Sharon (Herb) Mullens; brothers, Ronald (BillieJo) Crawford and Michael Crawford. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Mary Herr and Judy Smith; and her brothers, Richard Herr, Robert Herr, James Herr, Gary Herr, Dave Crawford, William Crawford, and Larry Crawford.

Visitation will be held at the Grace Baptist Church, 325 S. Toussaint-Portage Road, Oak Harbor, Ohio on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 11 am until Funeral Services at 12 pm with Pastor Rick Bickelhaupt officiating. Burial will follow at Graham Cemetery, Wayne, Ohio. Following the committal service, all will be invited back to the church at 3 pm for fellowship and a light luncheon. All are welcome.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
