Janice Ann Przybylski

Janice Ann Przybylski, age 72, of Sylvania, OH, passed away unexpectedly at home on February 18, 2024. She was born August 7, 1951 in Toledo, OH to Edward and Genevieve (Ripinski) Leszczynski. Jan was a happy go lucky lady, always with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She loved spending quality time with family and friends, whether it was a family cookout or a lively game of bunco that she played with her girlfriends for over 40 years. Jan adored the warm sunshine; her favorite summer pastime was sunbathing on her deck. An excellent cook, she was famous for her homemade chicken noodle soup. Jan enjoyed using her iPad to pin recipes on Pinterest and Facebook, play solitaire and watch her favorite soap operas. Jan loved relaxing with a margarita and her favorite snack of potato chips.

Jan is survived by her husband, David; daughters, Cynthia (Chris) Trznadel and Sherie (Paul) Wernert; grandchildren, Samantha and Andrew; sister, Frances Gallagher; and canine companion, Lucy. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Rose Neuser.

Family and friends may visit Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 10 am-12 pm at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave. The Funeral Mass will follow in the Holy Family Chapel at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 12:30 pm.
