Janet R. Stanbery

Janet R. Stanbery, age 77, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Aspen Grove, Lambertville, Michigan. She was born November 17, 1930 in Toledo to William and Henrietta Rees. Janet was a 1948 graduate of DeVilbiss High School and received her LPN degree. She enjoyed traveling, reading and being with her children and grandchildren. The widow of Bruce W. Stanbery, to whom she was married for 53 years, she is survived by son, Alan Cathi Stanbery; daughters, Patricia Stanbery and Barbara Jeff Falls; grandchildren, Bethany, Alison, Russell, Matthew, Melanie, Stephen and Thomas; grand-dog, Scarlet; brother, Bill Judy Rees; and nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave., west of Corey Rd. on Friday, September 19, from 4 to 8 pm where memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 20, at 11:00 am.
