Jane Janie M Bennett

Jane M. “Janie” Bennett, 43, of Walbridge, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 due to injuries sustained in a car accident. Janie was born on August 7, 1974 in Fremont, Ohio to Steve Ingwer and Vickie (Smith) Bennett. She married Steven W. Bennett on August 6, 2002 in Toledo. Janie was currently a Homemaker and worked in the past as a Clerk at 7-11 in Walbridge. She loved poker, the Tazmanian Devil, her dogs, tattoos and especially her beloved daughter, Stefanie. Janie will always be remembered as a feisty person and will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Steven; daughter, Stefanie M. Bennett; mother, Vickie Bennett; brother, Steve Ingwer and sister, Angie (Ben) Kimball. She was preceded in death by her father, Steve Ingwer; grandparents, Keith and Mary Lou Ingwer and Frances Lutes. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Tap Room, 413 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio 43465 on Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 2:00 -7:00 PM. Arrangements are being handled by Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Walbridge, Ohio.
