Jamie Lynn Laidler

Our beautiful Jamie left the Earth suddenly and our lives will never be the same. We lost one of the funniest, sweetest, most charming, stylish, compassionate, imaginative and forgiving souls we have ever known. Jamie was a dedicated mother and a loving and playful grandmother that deeply adored all the little Princes and Princesses in her life. She reminded them always to believe that they were smart, good and cute - and that their looks came from HER! Jamie was fiercely loyal to her friends and very protective of her family and anyone she felt was being taken advantage of or mistreated in any way. Artistic by nature, Jamie loved decorating, fashion, flowers, plants and dollhouses but found her greatest joy in spending time with all of her beloved family. We know that she would not want us to cry or feel sad and sorry for too long. But mostly, she would want us to forgive ourselves for any amount of guilt we may feel because she deeply understood that NO ONE is perfect, no one. When she forgave, she forgave absolutely and without question. We invite all who knew and cared for Jamie to join us in remembering her beautiful heart and soul for visitation on Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of services to celebrate her life at 5:00 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave., Toledo, OH 43623. Jamie is survived by a son, Michael (Lindsay) Lewandowski; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jaydon, Danika, Miley, Amirah and Abel; siblings, Louann Lang, Tammy Bloom and Clayton Parrott; step mother, Judy Parrott; nieces, Lindsey Herrera, Mary Lou Forre, Kaylynn Ingle; and nephew, Daniel Ingle. She was preceded in death by her parents, August Omar and Mary Lou (Jones) Laidler; father, Dan Parrott; and a dear niece, Angela Fuller.
