James E. Thompson

James E. Thompson, 69, of Fremont, OH and formerly of Port Clinton, OH, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Fremont Memorial Hospital, Fremont, OH. James was born on September 28, 1943 in Port Clinton, OH, the son of James and Leafey Middleton Thompson. He worked as a security guard. James loved music and was a talented drummer. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include: Children: Michael Thompson, Scott Lois Thompson, Patrick Lori Thompson and Jason Thompson; Sister: Donna Stanley Kowalczk; Brother: Alfred Thompson; 9 Grandchildren; 7 Great-Grandchildren and several loving nieces nephews. James was preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Marilyn Winke and Rose Ceccoli and brother: Radus Thompson Private family services have taken place.
