James Bud Rollins, Jr., 49, of Port Clinton, OH died Friday, February 27, 2009 at St. Vincents Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, OH. He was born on August 2, 1959, in Cook County, Chicago, IL, the son of James E. and Nannie M. Oneal Rollins, Sr. James previously served in the U.S. Army and was a church member and minister at The Gatherings in Port Clinton. James was currently disabled, but previously worked for Style Crest in Fremont, OH and Bay Township Water Hauling. He enjoyed fishing and was a family man. If you needed something you could call him and hed be there to help. Survivors include: sister: Norma Larry Mulligan of Oak Harbor, OH; brother: Jeff Mari Rollins of Norwalk, OH; sister: Mary Jane Robert Rollins of Falmouth, IN; mother: Nannie Nan Rollins of Port Clinton, OH; many nieces and nephews and loving relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, sisters: Norine Rollins and Dolly Gannon, and brothers: Claude and Gary Gannon. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 4, 2009 from 4-8 p.m. at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, Port Clinton. Graveside committal services will be conducted at 11:00AM, Friday, March 6, 2009 at Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorial contributions may be given in care of the family.
