James Milton Jones

James Milton Jones, age 81, of Temperance, Michigan passed away May 17, 2018 at the IHM Sisters Motherhouse in Monroe, MI. Jim was born July 19, 1936 to Clarence and Margaret (Cashman) Jones in Toledo, OH. He married Marcia Pirwitz on April 14, 1956 recently celebrating 62 years of marriage. Jim was vice-president of production at AZ Die Cast Company. He was a life member of the IUOE Local 18 and previously worked at Wohlleb and Socie Company before retiring in 1995. Jim is survived by his wife, Marcia; children, James M., Portland, OR, Elizabeth (John) Connolly, OFallon, MO and Amy L. (Greg) Lang, Portland, OR; granddaughter, Courtney (Jon) Shomburg; great-granddaughter, Olivia Jude Shomburg; and brothers, Robert Jones and John (Leona) Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Ruby Cogswell and Barbara Rosenberger. The family wishes to express their appreciation to Hospice of Michigan and the caring staff of the IHM Healthcare Community in Monroe, MI. In keeping with James wishes, there are no services planned.
