To my Jim, who passed on to his heavenly Father on November 21, 2024, my heart if full of love, treasured memories, laughter and happiness.

There are tears of thanksgiving because of the memories we made.

Sometimes you’d tell me what you’e thinking, and it was the same thing I’d be thinking. We were on the same page, and we found great comfort in that.

As you leave for your heavenly home, know that you will be thought of every day.

Survived by wife Alaina; sister Joyce; and three sons.

Also, Ron and Sheryl Stone, Yvonne and Allen Schall; and grandpa to Meghan, Alex, Conor and Brent.

After service in the Army in Germany, his work life included Carl Schmidt Chevrolet Perrysburg, Heatherdowns Collision and Penta Career Center where he taught auto body repair. He retired from Chief Automotive Systems who sold frame straightening systems to body shops and Jim would be the instructor who taught them how to use it. He taught classes in Canada, Mexico, all over the United States and also in England.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
