James P Meek, 50, of Perrysburg, passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 11, 2026, in his home.
James was born December 6, 1975, in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Moving to Perrysburg in elementary school James met and then later in life married Heather Hughes on October 30, 2010, and together they shared 15 wonderful years of marriage.

Joes, watching horror movies, and listening to music - especially punk, rock, and heavy metal. Whether he was sharing his favorite bands, talking movies, or spending time with family, James brought energy, humor, and individuality everywhere he went.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Gayle Meek; Lawrence and Nancy Godbout; and father-in-law, Irvin Hughes.
