James Michael Kaczala James M. Kaczala, 70, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2014 at St. Luke’s Hospital. James was born October 25, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio to Stanley and Rose (Augustiniak) Kaczala. James married Alice “Boobie” Zywocki on November 25, 1968 in Toledo, Ohio and she preceded him in death on March 7, 2010. James worked as a tool and die maker for Bingham Stamping for 20 years and retired from Anthony Wayne Schools as a custodial engineer. James loved fishing and enjoyed spending time with his family. James is survived by his brother, Gary Kazcala and sister, Sharon Fickel; daughter-in-law, Gina-Marie Kaczala, step-daughter, Caroll (Tom, Sr.) Anderson, daughter-in-law, Marsha Sherick, grandchildren, Tammy, Tommy, John Dean, Russell Jay, Don and April; thirteen great- grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Along with his wife Alice, he was preceded in death by his step-son, John Sherick and brother, Larry Kaczala. Friends will be received Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 2-8 P.M. at Neville Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Hwy, Holland (419-865-8879) with a rosary service beginning at 7 P.M. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home, Friday, September 26, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Lourdes, 6149 Hill Avenue, Toledo, OH at 10 A.M. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made the American Heart Association or a charity of the donors choice.
