James J. Adams died June 1, 2009 in Toledo, OH. He was born Jan. 9, 1978 in Ft. Wayne, IN to Ebbie L. Miller and Sanford Michael Adams, Jr. He married Nekita A. Watkins on Jan. 1, 2002 in Ft. Wayne, IN who joined him in death. Mr. Adams was enrolled at ITT Tech in computer engineering. James is survived by his mother, Ebbie L. Adams, Miami, FL; sons, James Adams age 8 and Keitron D. Adams age 5 of Toledo, OH; five sisters, Yolanda Tyro, St. Louis, MO; Terrie Coats, Shira Roshell Adams, Miami, FL, and Crissy Adams, Richmond, IN; two brothers, Eric Eugene Adams and Shawn Fritz of Ft. Wayne, IN; special aunts, Joann Taylor, Carol Ann Moser, Indy Adams and Sheila Harden; special cousins, Nakeya Bates, Etta, and Montrell; and special friend, Spencer of Phoenix, AZ. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Odessa Harden Harden and Rev. Paul Taylor; paternal grandparents, Betty Jean and Sanford Michael Adams, Sr. Visitation will be held at Greater Spirit of Love Church, 6116 S. Calhoun St., Ft.
