James Jim Dumon

James Jim Norman Dumon, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Kingston Care Center of Sylvania. Jim was born on January 15, 1942 in Detroit, MI, the son of the late James Jim and Marion (Heathfield) Dumon. Jim was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who will be dearly missed. Jim is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Sharon Reno; children, Kim (Mike) Tutor, Jerry Almas and Jeff Almas; grandchildren, Darek Dumon, Skyler Tutor, Halie Almas, Hannah Almas, Sebastian Almas, and Cristian Almas; siblings, JoAnn (Ken) Andrews and Greg (Sandi) Dumon; nieces, Sherry, Lynn, Lisa, Cindy, and Jill, as well as his nephews, Steve, Mike, Lawrence, David, and Eric. Visitation will be held at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave., Toledo on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 4 - 8 PM. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 9 - 9:30 AM. Immediately following on Tuesday, a Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5411 Main St., Sylvania at 10 AM. Interment will conclude at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be sent to the Alzheimers Association.
