Jacqueline Richard

Jacqueline Sue Richard, 75, of Sylvania, Ohio passed peacefully on May 29, 2021, her 75th birthday surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 29, 1946 to Robert Ansted and Florence Pool Ansted, Jacqueline attended school at Sylvania High school. She married Joseph Richard in 1977. They enjoyed 35 years together before his passing in 2012. For her birthday, she had wished to be reunited with him. Jacqueline is survived by her children, Robert Krumm, Dawnmarie (Todd) Smitley, Desiree (Loren Jr.) Nieman, Kristie (Ty) Walker, and Dominique (Lori) Richard; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and her brother, Jeffery (Celia) Ansted. Her family will remember her for her love of playing cards, knitting, crocheting, and baking sweets. Jacqueline also enjoyed cuddling with her four legged friend Dusty. Jacqueline is preceded by her beloved husband Joe; her granddaughter, Addrianna Nieman; and her parents. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held June 9, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 West Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43623.
