Jacqueline is survived by her brother, Joe (Margit) Tyrrell; loving children, Michelle Parks, Renee Lewis and Matthew R. (Anna) Parks; grandchildren, Madeline Parks, Ryan Lewis, Evan Lewis, Megan Lewis, Matthew L. Parks and Sophia Parks. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Witzler Shank Funeral Home, Perrysburg, Ohio (419-874-3133).
