Jacqueline Jackie Comella

Jacqueline Jackie Comella, 79, of Sandusky, OH, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH, surrounded by her loving family. Jackie was born on January 13, 1934 in Parkersburg, WV, the daughter of Raymond Leroy Arnott and Wanda Opal Rowley Bahnsen. On August 30, 1977 in Virginia Beach, VA, she married John Henry Comella and he preceded her in death on February 17, 2002. Jackie worked at the American Crayon Co. until her retirement. She enjoyed gambling and politics. But most of all she loved spending time with her family. Jackie will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include: Daughters: Kathy Jerry Ward and Kim Rod Hurak Comella; Grandchildren: Jeremy Kelly Ward, Joshuah Jennifer Ward, Jarrod Niesha Ward, Derrick Deb Lavelle Keller, Ryan Keller Whitney Keller; Great-Grandchildren; Jordan, Ashton, Jayden, Jonathon, Benjamin, Cassidy, Addison, Jameson Ward and Gabriella Keller: Sisters: La Donna Hart Ruth Chenoweth; Brother: James Arnott. Jackie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 25 years, John, parents, sisters: Ruth Ann Arnott, Pat Hodges, Betty Haney Sue Arnott and several aunts uncles. A Gathering of family friends will be held from 10-11am, Monday, February 18, 2013 in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, Port Clinton, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family as asked that memorial donations in memory of Jackie be given to the Erie County Humane Society, 1911 Superior St., Sandusky, OH 44870.
