Jaqueline I. Black, 84, of Maumee, passed away Monday, January 9, 2023 at Ebeid Hospice surrounded by her loving family. Jaqueline was born February 25, 1938, in Akron, Ohio to Earl Lipscomb and Margaret Graham. She married Phillip T. Black on July 7, 1985, and he survives.
Jaqueline worked for Lehn and Fink for over 22 years. After retiring she went back to work with her daughter, Lola at NAMSA for 4 years and made lots of friends and had many good times. She also was a Mary Kay Consultant for a few years as well. She enjoyed traveling, camping with Phil and her family, butterflies, and the casino. She was a lifelong member of Monclova Road Baptist Church in Monclova, OH and loved listening to country music; Dolly Parton, Elvis and Patsy Cline were her favorite.
Along with her husband, Phillip; she is survived by her children; Miriam (Rick) Miller, Lola (James) Clark, Kenneth Scott, Caroline (Jim) Nagel and Donald Kerr; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother, Luella, daughter, Tammie Grant and brother, Earl Lipscomb.
Friends and family will be received Monday, January 16, 2023, from 4-7 p.m. at Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
