Jacob P. Gurecky, formerly of Waterville, Ohio, died on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Jacob was born in Sylvania, Ohio on April 27, 1994. Jacob was a 2012 graduate of Penta Career Center/Anthony Wayne High School. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marcia Gurecky. Survivors include his uncle, Jeffrey Gurecky, and his aunt, Cheryl (Richard) OConnor. A private family service will be held. Arrangements by Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, Maumee.
