Jacob Bradley Bischoff, 35 years old, passed away on Friday March 21st, 2025. Jacob was an incredibly loving husband, a supportive sibling, a proud uncle, an amazing son and son-in-law, and a great friend to many. Jacob was a man of many talents such as golf, wood working, and fixing all the things that would break on his wife’s jeep. Jacob was looking forward to this summer as his best summer yet as he was just hired as the Facilities Engineer at Jeep after graduating Magna Cum Laude from University of Toledo. For eight years Jake worked full time and went to school part time either online or in the evenings. His hard work was so impressive, and he only needed help when it came to proofreading his papers. Jacob was excited to take their new puppy to the marina to spend the warm days out on the lake learning to swim with their other dogs, taking golf cart rides, and smoking meat on the grill. Jacob was so strong and remained strong up until the end. He fought every day to beat the cancer that he had just been diagnosed with one week prior. He left a mark on many of the healthcare workers who took care of him as they would come and visit him even when they weren’t his nurse for the day. To say he will be missed is an overwhelming understatement.
Services for Jacob will be held on March 26th at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH. Visiting hours are from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., followed by a memorial service starting at 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Rare Cancer Research Foundation. - https://rarecancer.org/donate
