Jack Judd

Jack Judd, 93, of Westerville, Ohio, died Thursday, November 22, 2018 in the Edgewood Manor Nursing Home, Port Clinton. He was born in Lowell, Ohio on March 22, 1925, the son of Delmar and Helen (Corner) Judd. In Columbus Jack married Susan Richardson and they spent 54 wonderful years together until her death in 2001. Jack was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during WWII. He spent most of his adult life in Columbus as the owner and operator of Judds Moving and Storage Co., until his retirement in 1990. Jack loved to go fishing on Lake Erie and travel with their Air Stream. He and his wife were member of the Air Stream Club and traveled to many Rallies throughout the United States. He spent his summers at Fort Firelands Campground in Marblehead, Ohio and wintered at Riverwoods Plantation, Estero, Florida, where he had lifelong friends. Jack is survived by his sons, Terry (Dana) Judd, Steven (Sandra) Judd, Stanton (Robin) Judd, grandchildren, Scott, Erin (Henslee) David Judd, Matt, Lindsay (Runyon), Jake Sydney Judd, Michael, Staci Daniel Judd, 10 great grandchildren and two special nieces, Tamara Turner Linda Judd. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers, Robert Eugene Judd and granddaughter Staci Judd. There will be a family celebration of Jacks life on June 16, 2019. The Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton, Ohio, is assisting the family with arrangements.
