Jack Colvin

Jack Colvin, 76, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, November 28, 2010 at his residence. He was born on May 08, 1934 in Seminole, OK, the son of Mitchell and Lela Howell Colvin. Jack retired as a machine operator for New Departure, Sandusky, OH. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. Jack enjoyed mowing grass. He especially loved cruising around in his car. Jack will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include: Sons: Greg Lori Colvin of Oak Harbor, OH; Daughter: Kelly Ralph Scott of Schomberg, Ontario, Canada; Granddaughter: Stephanie Joseph Lenke of Oak Harbor, OH; 2 Great-grandchildren: Jacob Abigail; 3 Sisters: Linda Kay Robert Schenk, E. Marlene Lattimore, both of Oak Harbor, OH and Joyce David Landefield of Woodsfield, OH. Jack was preceded in death by parents: Mother: Lela Richard Lattimore, Father: Mitchell Florence Colvin and Brothers: Dallas Fred Colvin. Visitation will be 2-4 6-8PM, Wednesday, December 01, 2010 at Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, Port Clinton, OH. Memorial contributions in memory of Jack may be given to the Holiday Bureau.
