Irene Pilcher

Irene Pilcher, 86, of Maumee, OH passed away Thursday, December 6, 2007 in Hospice of Toledo surrounded by her loving family. Irene was born in Toledo on July 9, 1921 to Charles and Matilda Knack Zieman. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Bert Latuch; daughter in-law, Mary Jo Pilcher; 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Pilcher; parents; son, Ronald Pilcher and brothers, Ed, George, Melvin and Jim. Friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St. Maumee on Saturday December 8, 2007 from 1:00-3:00 pm and 5:30-8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Salvation Army.
