Irene Mariett Gardner

Irene Marietta Gardner, 91, of Maumee, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 07, 2010 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born September 21, 1918 to William and Catherine Wehner Casey. Irene was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maumee. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Irene will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. The widow of Darrell Dick Gardner, Irene is survived by her children, Butch Gardner, Kathy Gardner, Bill Lynn Gardner and Tina Rob Weller; grandchildren, Jordahn Lynne, Rocky, Casey Chris, Samantha, Melissa, Monica, Mallory and Robbie; great grandchildren, Patrick, Abby, Libby and Charley; special niece and nephew, Karen and Jack. In addition to her parents and husband, Irene was preceded in death by her three sisters and a brother. Family and friends may visit Sunday, January 10, 2010 from 3-8 p.m. in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker, 501 Conant Street, Maumee where funeral services will begin Monday, January 11, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, Maumee.
