Ira Dale Robison

Ira Dale Robison 86, of Perrysburg died Wednesday May 2nd in home. He was born on May 2nd 1926 to Ira and Pearl Robison of Sylvania. He married Helen Steen on Feb, 6th 1971. They were married for 41 years. At the age of 17, Dale enlisted in the US Navy and served his country during WWII. After the war he was a proud member of the Teamsters Union driving truck for 36 years. When Dale retired, he and Helen enjoyed travel playing cards, golf and time with family and friends. One of his favorite pastimes was riding his red scooter AKA “The Chick Magnet” around town. He is survived by his wife Helen, sons Gary (Diane) Robison, Jim (Sue) Steen, Harold Steen, and daughter Becky Steen. “Papaw” will be greatly missed by his grandchildren and their families. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Keith and Karl, daughter Patti Steen, and granddaughter Dawn Marie Steen. At Dales request there will be no visitation.
