Inas Lee

Inas Lee, 87, of Genoa, Ohio, died Saturday, June 19, 2010 in her residence. She was born in Bear Creek, Alabama on December 1, 1922 to William Arthur and Marcia Mays Frederick. Inas married Presley Lee in Double Springs, Alabama on September 25, 1937 and he preceded her in death on May 17, 1996. Inas was a wife and mother who loved her family, she always looked forward to going on family vacations and seeing new sights. She enjoyed gardening and could often be found working in her flower beds. She was a member of the former Genoa Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for many years. Survivors include her daughter, May Bell Messer of Genoa, 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 20 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Kay F. Sutherland, brother, Dalton Frederick, and sisters, Stella Plantz and Ora Gladden. A funeral service for Inas will be conducted at 10 AM, on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 West St. Genoa, OH 43430. Visitation will be conducted in the funeral home from 4-8 PM, Monday, June 21, 2010. Interment will take place in the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Perrysburg, OH. The family suggests memorials for Inas be directed to the Allen-Clay Joint Fire Dist. Station #3, 101 W. 6th Street, Genoa.
