Ina Sue Aubry October 7, 1950 – December 22, 2020 Ina Sue Aubry, known as Sue to her family and friends, age 70, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Born in Jamboree, KY, Sue was the youngest of Jarvie and Lois Estep’s nine children. Sue graduated from Phelps High School in 1968. A longtime resident of Northwest Ohio, where she and her husband, Tom, raised their only child, Brian, in Perrysburg, and retired from Pro-Pak Industries. Sue was a devoted mother and proud grandmother to her two granddaughters, Natalie and Emily. She cherished time with her family and enjoyed sharing meals, especially if there was an occasion to dine out. Some of Sue’s most fond memories were of vacations with her family – notably, beach weeks in South Florida and Myrtle Beach, SC, Caribbean cruises, and long road trips through the Southwest and around Lake Superior. Sue will be remembered by those who knew her for her unassuming personality. She preferred to take in the world around her and listen rather than talk. To those who did not have the opportunity to know Sue well, her quiet demeanor may have been mistaken for timidness; however, Sue possessed a quiet strength that was rare and admirable. Surviving are her son Brian (Lauren) Aubry; siblings Lucinda Cox, and Bobby Estep; grandchildren Natalie Aubry and Emily Aubry; and many nieces and nephews. Sue is preceded in death by husband, Thomas Aubry; parents Lois (Collins) and Jarvie Estep; and siblings Hanner Dotson, Ida Winke, Joe Estep, Phillip Estep, Pricilla Daugherty, and Rachel Pruitt. A private service for family and friends will be held at a date to be determined at St. Rose Catholic Church in Perrysburg, OH followed by internment at St. Rose Cemetary in Perrysburg, OH. The family requests donations be made in Sue’s honor to the Cherry Street Mission in Toledo, OH. Online condolences may be shared at walkerfuneralhomes.com. Arrangements by Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, Maumee.
