I. Lowell Myers, 59, of Oak Harbor and formerly Port Clinton, passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 surrounded by family and friends at Stein Hospice Inpatient Unit, Sandusky. He was born on July 16, 1959 in Wichita, KS to Ivan and Rose (Woodruff) Myers. Lowell worked as an antique furniture repairman before retiring. He was known as a “Jack of All Trades”. Lowell enjoyed bowling, camping, fishing, and hunting. Lowell is survived by his mother, Rose Marie Capell, children, Jennifer Lauber, Joshua E. Johnson, and Jerimiah M. Johnson, grandkids, Talon and Emma, and sister, Sandy (Roy) Mosley. Also left to cherish his memory is his lifelong friend, David Doug Howard and wife, his loyal companion Brandi, and also aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and sisters, Dawn Helsley in 2016 and Julie Mandeville in 2010, brother, Lyman Myers in 2011, and half-brother, Robin Myers. Funeral services for Lowell will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor with visitation two hours prior from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorial contributions in memory of Lowell may be given to Stein Hospice, Sandusky.
