Henry Charles Coyle

May 10, 1988 — January 23, 2010

Henry Charles Coyle is at peace. Born May 10, 1988, Henry, 21, died Saturday, Jan. 23, in his Maumee home, leaving behind his loving parents, Michael and Susan Coyle, brother, Joseph, of Maumee, sister, Caitlin, of Boston, and four-legged sidekick, Morrison. He also is survived by grandparents Hank and Nancy Coyle of Crawfordsville, Ind., many loving aunts and uncles and dozens of adoring cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Megan, and grandparents, Jack and Bernie McCloud of Maumee. A beautiful soul with an infectious giggle and a twinkling smile, Henry attended St. Josephs Elementary School and Maumee High School, where he was a member of the marching band and DECA Association of Marketing Students. He was working toward a degree in social work at Northwest State Community College and volunteered with Food For Thought, St. Pauls Episcopal Church Respite Care and Farm Labor Organizing Committee. A huge Buckeye fan, Henry enjoyed music, cooking and hanging out with family and his many friends, who gravitated to his big heart, bright personality and kindness. The world is darker without the light that was Henry, yet pain is the touchstone of all growth and we will grow and carry his spirit with us forever. Family and friends may visit Tuesday, January 26, 2010 from 2-8 pm and Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from 2-8 pm in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street Maumee, OH. Funeral services will begin Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 10:00 am in the funeral home followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maumee. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating money or time to Food For Thought, 3540 Seaman Road Oregon, Ohio 43616. www.freelunchtoledo.com www.walkerfuneralhomes.com
