Henriella Meinke

Henriella Meinke, 95, of Oak Harbor, OH died Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, OH. She was born on July 19, 1917 in Oak Harbor to John Henry August Sutter and Ella Sonnichsen Sutter. On October 10, 1940 in Oak Harbor she married Hugh Leroy Meinke, and he preceded her in death on November 14, 1976. Henriella was a member of the Oak Harbor United Methodist Church, Oak Harbor. Henriella had a love for music. Her family though was the most important thing to her, especially her husband, children, and grandchildren. Henriella is survived by daughter: Christine Joe Inglis of Mansfield, OH, son: Martin Hugh Nancy Meinke of Elmore, OH, daughter: Margaret Mary Helbing of Oak Harbor, 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, son-in-law: Louis Coenen of California, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter: Karen Coenen, a grandson, and brothers and sisters. Having donated her body to science, memorial services for Henriella will be conducted 11 a.m., June 8, 2013 at the Oak Harbor United Methodist Church immediately followed by a Celebration of Life and luncheon. Memorial contributions in memory of Henriella may be given to the Oak Harbor United Methodist Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg.
