Helen Louise Waller

Helen Louise Waller, age 98, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg. The daughter of George and Annabelle Gers, she was born November 16, 1919 in Port Huron, MI. She moved to Toledo in 1963 with her husband. She enjoyed antiquing, camping and crafts. She was a member of Monroe St. United Methodist Church, Chanterettes of the Zenobia Shrine and the Toledo Nomads. For 40 years, she spent half the year in Largo, FL. Helen was very generous with her time, volunteering at Flower Hospital and the Red Cross at Flower Hospital, as well as the Anne Grady Center. She will be remembered for her keen ability to tell stories and she was always happy to share one. She is survived by her children, Lee Ann Kipp, Janet (Phillip)Pasco, Debbie Kipp; grandchildren, Kipp (Kara) Ottley, Katherine (Ralph ) Frisina, David (Karen) Pasco; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Viola Page and brother-in-law, Stan Miniknow. She was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Minkinow; first husband, H. Francis Kipp; second husband, JohnTolley; third husband, Octavius Waller. Services are private.
