Helen Laskey Tuller

Born 4-30-16 in Toledo, Ohio to William and Matilda Lewis, Helen passed away on Wednesday March 31, 2010 in Fort Wayne IN. She lived her entire life in Toledo until, at age 88, she moved to Fort Wayne, IN to be with family there. Helen was preceded in death by two loving husbandsfirst Stanley Laskey in 1971 and Harold Tuller in 1988. Helen was also preceded in death by her brother, W. Wilbur Bus Lewis and loving son-in-law Dennis Dukes. Surviving are her sister Virginia Mann, daughter Barbara Laskey-Dukes, son Ron Laskey Patty Blanchon, 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. For most of her married life, Helen was a homemaker but had worked for the Lucas Country Library. Helen was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and was an active member of the AARP chapter there. She loved gardening and taking care of her pet cockatiels. Helen was quick to laugh and a friend to everyone who met her. There will be no visitation. A grave side service will be held for family and close friends on Monday at 2 PM at Toledo Memorial Park.
