HELEN L. MIKLOVIC Helen Miklovic, age 86, of Perrysburg passed away on February 16, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, surrounded by her loving family. Helen was born in Mill Creek, West Virginia on June 8, 1927 to Cletus & Abbie (Louke) Johnson. She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Heaton in 1970. She married Joseph Miklovic on March 7, 1975 and he preceded her in death on October 1, 2006. Helen enjoyed playing euchre and poker, knitting, crocheting, dancing and being with her family. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She lit up the room with her twinkling eyes and her infectious laughter. Surviving is her daughter, Carolyn S. Heaton Paul; step-children, Marlene (Daniel) Honeywell; Joseph (Paula “Penny”) Miklovic; Jeanette Weigel; grandchildren, Jacqueline (Andrew) Koester; Jodee (Conrad) Szozda; great grandchildren, Brandon Paul; Conrad David “CJ”; Mason Paul (to which we all lovingly referred to her as our Nin); son-in-law, Weldon Paul; brother, Glenn (Claudia) Johnson; sister, Thelma Burns and many step grandchildren and great grandchildren who will keep her memory alive in all that they do. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers. Friends and family will be received in the Neville Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland from 3-8 pm Thursday where funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday February 21, 2014 with Helen’s grandson Jay Miklovic officiating.
