Harriet E. Householder

Harriet E. Householder age 89 of Monclova, OH passed away on Saturday March 19, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Harriet was born in Archbold, OH on February 11, 1922 to Ephraim and Minnie Diller Rupp. Harriet graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor degree in education. She was an active member at Roberts Chapel Free Methodist Church and Oak Bend Church, in Perrysburg. Harriet enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, sewing, cooking and flowers. Surviving is her children, Roger A. Householder, James A. Householder and Shelly Gary Hillier Householder; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, Harriet was preceded in death by her husband, Arden P. Householder; daughter, Diane Sue Householder; sisters, Eleanor Bower, Miriam Kinsman and a brother, Howard Rupp. Friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St. Maumee on Tuesday March 22, 2011 from 4-8 pm where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am.
