Harold James White, Jr., 68, of Walbridge, passed away in the comfort of his home on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 surrounded by his loving family and friends. Jim was born on September 3, 1949 to Harold James, Sr. and Lillian (Christman) White in Toledo, Ohio. He was a 1967 graduate of Maumee High School. He was a Welding Supervisor for the DTE Energy, Monroe Power Plant for over 30 years. Jim married his loving wife, Jacqueline L. (Belcik) White on March 16, 1994 and she survives. Jim was a member of the Northwood Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He enjoyed sports cars, archery and woodcarving, loved animals and nature, and was a great pool player. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold, Sr. and Lillian. Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife and caregiver, Jackie; son Harold James (Jenny) White, III; sisters, Jayne (Michael) Klein and Patricia (Robert) Meyer; brother-in-law, James Belcik; sister-in-law, Deborah Wiedmann and many loving nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St. Walbridge with a Memorial Talk to follow at 2:00 p.m. given by Robert Rivera. Contributions in Jim’s memory may be directed to Worldwide Work of Jehovah’s Witnesses, the Alzheimer’s Association, or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
