Harold W. Carter, 47, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, unexpectedly, Saturday, April 16, 2016. Harold was born on July 02, 1968 in Portsmouth, OH, the son of Melvin W. and Bonnie J. (Cutcher) Carter. Harold was self-employed. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors are: Loving Wife of 28 years: Annette M. (Lawley) Carter; Mother: Bonnie J. (Cutcher) Carter; Sons: Jeremy (Dee) Carter and Jason (Courtney) Carter; Grandchildren: Casen, Chayce & Cade Carter; Brothers: Allen (Angie) Carter, John (Tracy) Carter and David (Anita) Carter; Sister: Shawnna (Ken) McCoy and several loving Aunts, Uncles, Nephews, Nieces, & extended Family. Harold was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents: Johnny R. & Myra A. Carter, maternal grandparents: Cletus Cutcher & Gertrude Birchfield.. Visitation will be 3-6PM, Friday, April 22, 2016 at Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH. Visitation will be Noon to 1:00PM, Saturday, April 23, 2016, at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home, 202 W. Maple Ave., Oak Hill, OH 45656, followed by the funeral service at 1:00PM. Interment will be in the Carter Family Cemetery, Oak Hill, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Harold, may be given to the family.
