Harlan O. Mcmunn

Harlan O. Mac McMunn, age 93, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday May 7, 2015 at Kingston of Perrysburg.  He was born August 23, 1921 in Ogden Township, Michigan to Vern and Dora (Hite) McMunn.  Mac served honorably in WW II and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a farmer alongside his brothers, and had a true passion for buying and repairing bicycles.  Around town he was known as Mac the Bike Man. His family and friends will greatly miss his stories about growing up on the farm, the great depression and WW II. Mac is survived by his daughter, Joan Myers; grandchildren, Greg (Erika) Myers and Sarah (Dante) Flores; great grandchildren, Kate, Allie, Chloe, Riley and Greyson; brothers, Wayne (Eleanor), Vernon (Fern) and Earl (Marilyn), and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Ruth. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the caring staff at Kingston of Perrysburg Residence for all the care and compassion for Mac and his family. Visitation will be held on Monday May 11, 2015 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 12, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.  Interment will be in Ft.
