Harlan F. Gollihue, 87, of Marblehead, OH, passed away, Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at his residence. He was born on August 2, 1925 in Willard, KY, the son of Richard and Edna Keyes Gollihue. Harlan owned and managed a drilling company. He was a veteran having served in the US Navy. He was a member of Port Clinton American Legion, the Port Clinton Elks and the Port Clinton Moose Club. Harlan will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include: His loving wife of 67 years; Dorothy Corwin Gollihue; Daughter: Terry L. Tom, Jr. Tector, Strongsville, OH, Son: Rick Shannon Gollihue, Strongsville, OH; 5 Grandchildren: Tom III Tammy, Troy, Kristy, Kaitlyn and Julie; 4 Great-Grandchildren. Harlan was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters and 1 brother. Visitation will be 10-11AM, Saturday, September 29, 2012 in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH, followed by a memorial service. Interment will be in Sackett Cemetery, Marblehead, OH. Memorial contributions in memory of Harlan can be given to American Legion Post #113.
