Gregory Eric Adkins

Gregory Eric Adkins, age 41, of Holland, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Sunday, July 11, 2010 in his home. He was born March 22, 1969 in Amherst, Ohio to Freddy and Isolene Cox Adkins. Greg was employed as a Sales Representative for Rolled Alloys. He was a sports enthusiast who enjoyed baseball, softball, golf, bowling and football. An avid hunter and fisherman, Greg was a great friend to all who knew him. Greg treasured the time he spent with his son on the baseball field. Greg is survived by his son, Eric Adkins, II; mother, Isolene Adkins; step children, Ashlynn Reynolds and Aaron Schofield; fianc, Lori Kent and her children, Kelly and Kyle Kent; sisters, Shirley Jim Sikora and Ida Larry Barnhart; brothers, Dwight Sue, Cecil Debbie, Freddy and Tim Adkins and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father. Family and friends may visit Thursday, July 15, 2010 from 2-9 pm in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee where funeral services will be held Friday, July 16, 2010 at 11:00 am.
