Gorjalynn Boyce

Gorjalynn Gordie Boyce, 65, of Port Clinton, OH died Sunday, September 5, 2010 at her residence. She was born on November 4, 1944 in Port Clinton, OH to Richard and Etta Mae Gatz Dubbert. She married Michael Boyce in Port Clinton, OH, and he survives. Gordie worked as a machinist for Standard Products in Port Clinton, OH for 22 years. She was a member of the Moose Lodge #1610 and the V.F.W. Auxiliary # 2480 both of Port Clinton, OH. Gordie especially loved carnation flowers. In addition to her loving husband Michael, Gordie is survived by children: Etta Mae Barry Lee of Fremont, Thomas E. Angie Benore of Port Clinton, Benny Marquez of Port Clinton, and Cristol Lynn El-Berri of Lakeside-Marblehead, OH; 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother: Richard Dick Dubbert, Jr. of Lakeside-Marblehead, OH, sister: Ann Belle Hall of Wakeman, OH, sister: Kay Winkler of New London, OH, sister: Jennifer of New London, OH, brother: Chuck Reddington of Michigan, sister: Edith Santoya of Vickery, OH, and brother: Francis Whiteside of Lakeside-Marblehead, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister: Elizabeth Richards, and granddaughter: Tabitha. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 from 3-5 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 5 p.m. at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton, OH. Interment will be on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in care of the family.
