Gloria Park

Gloria Park passed away on March 2, 2013, at home, at peace, and with her family nearby. She was born in Toledo to Victor and Charlotte Pawelec Stanislawski on April 11, 1929. On September 20, 1947, she married Paul Park. Everyone who knew Gloria was touched by her kind and considerate nature. She was active in many volunteer organizations and was a member of First Congregational Church for over fifty years, where she was particularly enthusiastic about restoring its historic Skinner organ. She is survived by Paul, her loving husband; sons, Jim Jennifer and Tom; daughter, Paula Blair Gay, and grandchildren, Allison Malik and James Park, Jr. Friends and family may call at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, from 2:00-8:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at First Congregational Church, 2114 Collingwood, Toledo, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
