Gloria Bower

Gloria M. Bower, 96, of Rossford, passed away April 16, 2021, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at St. Clair Commons of Perrysburg. She was born February 20, 1925 in Toledo, Ohio. As part of the “Greatest Generation”, during WWII, Gloria was an ammunitions inspector. Following the war, she raised her family in Rossford. She loved to go shopping and loves animals, always had a family dog. Gloria is survived by her sons, Joseph (Cynthia) Tutak, Don Tutak, Ed “Skip” Tutak, 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and daughter in law, Patricia Tutak. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Purol, father, Stanley Wisniewski, step father, Frank Purol, first husband, Edward Tutak in 1956 and second husband, Robert Bower in 2010, son, Gary Tutak, daughter in law, Karen Tutak, 3 grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers. Visitation will be 11am, Monday, April 26, 2021 until 1pm funeral services conducted, in the Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Road, Rossford, OH 43460. Burial will follow at Ft Meigs Cemetery, Perrysburg. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of NW Ohio, 30000 E River Rd, Perrysburg, OH 43551.
