Gloria Anderson

Gloria Ann (Woodruff) Anderson, 75, passed away in Port Clinton, Ohio on January 5, 2021. She was born on February 10, 1945, to John and Mildred (Wobser) Woodruff in Sandusky, Ohio. She married Robert James Anderson and he preceded her in death on March 31, 2020. Gloria was a devoted wife and loving mother with a contagious smile with the love for purple and who enjoyed knitting and playing cards and board games. She loved to bake cookies and banana bread and spending time with her family. She is survived by sons Raymond Dubbert, Daniel Anderson, Robert Anderson, Jr, Robert Anderson III and David Anderson, daughters, Brenda Hatcher, Melva Anderson, brother John Woodruff, sisters Kathy Woodruff and Beverly Woodruff, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Gloria is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert J. Anderson, sons Jamie Anderson and Brian Anderson, brother Paul Woodruff, sisters Janet Gore and Mary Bolden. Funeral Services will be held at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton, Ohio on Monday, January 11, 2021, at 11 am with David Mowel officiating. Burial will be private at Meadow Green Memorial Park in Huron, Ohio. Face masks are required and social distancing shall be observed.
