Glenn E. Bergmooser

Glenn E. Bergmooser died peacefully on February 21, 2024, at the age of 83 in Coldwater, MI. Much of his life was spent in the Toledo area, but after graduating high school, Glenn enlisted in the United States Army and served as an RTO. After his service in the Army, Glenn worked for General Motors Powertrain as maintenance and retired from there. He and Loretta met shortly after that and were wed. They were very active at their parish, St. Joseph Catholic Church of Sylvania, and they also loved to travel.

Glenn is survived by his son, Brian (Juan Rodrequez) Bergmooser, stepchildren, Daniel (Candice) Shively, Cindy (Don) Carpenter, Judy (Gene) McNett; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Richard, Ray and Bonita. Preceding him was his wife, Loretta; parents Arthur and Viola; stepdaughter, Deb Allen; brothers, Robert, Ronald, Gary, and David.

A funeral service will be held at Toledo Memorial Park in the Chapel of Peace on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 11 am with his interment to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to Heartland Hospice of Michigan in Glenn’s honor.
