Gertrude Fisher Rollman, age 86, of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Inpatient Unit, Perrysburg. She was born in Toledo to George and Martha Fisher. Gertrude was employed as a clerk at the former S.S. Kresges in downtown until they closed, she then worked at Gross Photo and retired from Jobst Institute. She enjoyed boating, fishing and vacationing in Florida with her late husband. The widow of Francis V. Rollman, who died in 1995, she was also preceded in death by brothers, George and Butch Fisher; sisters, Veronica Bonnie Rokicki and Kate McDorman; and favorite son-in-law, Bob Briggs. Surviving are her son, Francis R. Barb Rollman; daughter, Diane Briggs; grandchildren, Mark, Jimmy, Lynn, Francis L. Little Bo and Robert; 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Friends may visit the family at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey on Friday from 2-9 PM where a Scripture Service will be held at 7 PM. Funeral services will begin Saturday in the funeral home at 9:15 AM followed by the Mass of the Resurrection at 10 AM in St. Clements Church. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
