Gerald J. Olszewski

Gerald J. Olszewski, Sr., age 75, of Maumee, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at St. Lukes Hospital. He was born on June 8, 1937 in Toledo to Harry and Alice Olszewski. Jerry was retired from Integrated Resources where he drove truck. He loved his grandchildren, fishing and racing pigeons. Jerry was survived by his sons, Robert Gigi, Kevin Cathy and Jim Dawn; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Alvin Ann and sister, Diane Collum. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara and son, Jerry Jr. Visitation will be held at Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 3 to 8 pm with a Scripture Service at 7 pm. Funeral services will begin with prayers at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:30 am followed by Mass at St. Josephs Catholic Church, Maumee at 11 am.
