George A. Klawitter, Jr.

George A. Klawitter Jr., 69, of Ypsilanti, MI, passed away, Wednesday, October 15, 2008, at Rainbow Neuro Rehab Campus, Farmington Hills, MI. He was born October 6, 1939 in Toledo, OH, the son of George A and Frances L. Gallup Klawitter Sr. George worked at Tucumseh Products in Adrian, MI. He attended a Baptist Church in Ypsilanti, MI. George was active in a radio/cb club in his earlier years. He enjoyed woodworking and dining out. George will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include: Daughter: Brenda Bobby Jones of Toledo, OH; Sister: Joan Kells Pugh of Port Clinton, OH. Also survived by loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews and special caregiver Kathleen Sobczak. George was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no visitation or services, per the familys wishes. Burial will be in Wakeman Cemetery, Waterville, OH.
